                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CONDITIONS ON A TRACT
                   OF LAND LOCATED AT 2000 GUNBARREL ROAD, BEING
                   ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF GUNBARREL ROAD AT
                   GOODWIN ROAD, SUBJECT TO CONFORMANCE WITH THE
                   SIGN ORDINANCE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the conditions on a tract 
of
         land located at 2000 Gunbarrel Road, being on the southeast 
line
         of Gunbarrel Road at Goodwin Road be and the same is hereby
         amended, subject to certain conditions.
               
                A tract of land located at Lots 1-7, block E, lots
                1-7, block F, lots 1-7, block G, and part of lots
                1-7, block H, Subdivision of a Part of the
                Northeast and Southeast Quarters of Section 11,
                Township 6 North or 2 South, Range 3, West of the
                Basis Line, Ocoee District, as shown by plat of
                record in deed book T, volume 27, page 621,
                R.O.H.C., and an unplatted tract; being part of the
                property described in deed book 3368, page 782,
                R.O.H.C.  Said lots, parts of lots, and unplatted
                tract form one tract beginning at the intersection
                of the southeast line of Gunbarrel Road with the
                northeast line of Goodwin Road, thence northeast
                2678.92 feet with Gunbarrel Road to the southwest
                line of Brookshire Subdivision, as shown by plat of
                record in plat book 12, page 39, R.O.H.C., thence
                southeast 1292 feet with the southwest line of said
                Brookshire Subdivision, thence southwest 2685.43

                feet to the northeast line of Goodwin Road, thence
                northwest 1292.02 feet with Goodwin Road to the
                southeast line of Gunbarrel Road, the point of
                beginning; excluding therefrom lot 5, Hamilton
                Village, as shown by plat of record in plat book
                46, page 113, R.O.H.C.  Tax Map No. 149I-B-1
                (part), 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.7, and 1.8.
               
               
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall be subject to the following conditions:
        
              1.   Conformance with the sign ordinance.
        
              2.   All existing easements are retained.
        
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the 
public
         welfare requiring it.
